Antz says :After our decision. There comes Antz's first hurdle...Bring this up to Jazs' parents
It seem perfectly fine when we go out together for dinner. But this issue... You know... How to ask.... It seems like a huge rock on my back...But it's an 'No Way Out' thing to be completed. So I was dragged into her parents' room and force to 'whisper' out our plan. I think they somehow knew we are gonna ROM, after Jazs hinted they countless times since CNY 08. *Hee~ 'Green light given!For my parents, we talk about it over a dinner. *No sweat! I guess our decision also give my mum something happy to look forward to at the end of 2008! And I'm certainly glad about it.After showing them our proposal, it is time for ANTZ'S PROPOSAL
It was around July 08, where we started sourcing out for rings... I have always taken a special liking on Soo Kee's Brilliant Rose. * I think Jazs also like ba... Seem more like I decide! Haha!!Erm.. Not really in fact, I did bring Jazs around most jewellery shops for surveying. She, too, like Brilliant Rose better. Along these trips, I was always acting as "Dear, there's be no surprise. Just take your pick here la..." Not sure if she wanna 'force' me to a corner, so as to propose to her. She will mostly pull me out of the shop, saying, "I will consider..."Luckily, one of my colleague brought me to this Soo Kee branch located at Toa Payoh Hub, and introduce me to a friendly staff down there. What is most comfortable while being attended by her is that, she doesn't look down on a guy in GIO jeans & polo tee! (You may ask me for her name if you planning to get SooKee's stuffs there) I think even Jazs agreed, as we went 3 other Soo Kee outlets around Singapore.One evening, I went over and brought for Jazs, her very first diamond ring! I was very excited to pass it to her right away, but I can't. Cause I plan to give this lovely lady of mine,
Surprise!
It was a tiny surprise done up with the least props, the least $ spent, the least time spent. Tell you guys in my next entry!! Hahaha!!!
